Welcome VBS Chefs!
We are so excited to cook up some fun in our Food Truck Party: On a Roll with God VBS this summer! This week, we'll be learning about God's goodness, greatness, and how He provides for us. Each day will focus on a different Bible story with an intro skit and song in our Mess Hall Sanctuary. We'll spend time in the Food Lab, make crafts in Kraft Services, play games at the Food Truck Rally or The Racetrack Playground, eat themed snacks at the Snack Kart, and experience interactive Bible stories at the Show on the Road Theater. We'll also be highlighting a different mission partner each day, giving families and our
VBS chefs an opportunity to support local ministries.
Chef Tips
For our week of fun, all chefs are divided up by the grade they recently completed in school. Our preschool, VPK and Kindergarten Sous Chefs will be in the Children's Center and Powell Hall buildings and our 1st-5th grade Top Chefs will be in the Disciples' Hall and Family Life Center buildings. Check-in for all chefs is between 8:45 a.m. and 9 a.m. in their assigned classroom. Chefs should be signed out from their assigned classroom every day at 12:15 p.m. Please remember that chefs can only be signed out by a guardian or an adult listed on their authorized adult form
and must show ID.
