It’s normal for teenagers to experience some sort of emotional stress as they develop and mature. For example, it’s common for children to experience anxiety about school, or youth to experience short bouts of depression that are fleeting in nature. But what happens when it's not fleeting?
And also, we're in some not so ordinary times.
Have you ever asked if what you’re feeling is normal?
Do you ever wonder how to find hope in this anxious world?
Have you ever wondered if it’s time to seek some professional guidance regarding mental health?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions ...
Join us Sunday, September 19 from 4-6 p.m. for a night where we speak openly about mental health and how parents and teens can work together to find hope when the world feels hopeless.
